Photo Ready Listings: Please download our listing checklist here. Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your listing is photo-ready. While we make efforts to help out where we can, all staging is the responsibility of the agent and/or homeowner.
If you are unable to meet us for your appointment, please ensure you have instructed the homeowners to have the listing photo-ready.
